Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Rooforce Health membership, billing, and care.

What is Rooforce Health?
Rooforce Health is a healthcare membership program built for roofing and construction contractors. It gives you and your family unlimited access to primary care for one flat monthly fee—no copays, no deductibles, and no insurance claims.
Who can join?
Any 1099 independent contractor, W-2 worker, or small business owner in the skilled trades—roofing, construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more—can join. You can also add your spouse and children to your membership.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $99 per adult per month and $55 per child per month. There is no enrollment fee. Roofing companies can also subsidize part or all of the cost for their contractors.
What do I get as a member?
Members get unlimited primary care visits, same- or next-day appointments, direct texting and calling with your doctor, wholesale labs and prescriptions, minor procedures, preventive care, chronic disease management, and telehealth is available for members through our partner network.
Do I need health insurance to join?
No. Rooforce Health is not insurance and does not satisfy the ACA's minimum essential coverage requirement. Many members use it as their everyday care while carrying a separate major medical or catastrophic plan for hospital stays and emergencies.
Do I need a Social Security number?
No. You do not need a Social Security number to sign up or receive services. We only ask for the information needed to care for you and manage your membership.
Where can I receive care?
In-person care is available at RF Healthcare Providers across Oklahoma. Members also have access to nationwide telehealth services for urgent issues and after-hours care.
Can my company pay for my membership?
Yes. Partner companies receive a unique company code. When a contractor enters that code during signup, the company is billed separately for the subsidized portion of the membership.
When will I be billed?
Nothing is charged today. Your first $99 membership payment runs on the 1st of the following month, then the 1st of every month after that. We email a reminder one week before each charge.
When does my membership access start?
Access begins on the 1st of the month immediately following your signup, the same day your first monthly payment runs.
What is NOT covered by my membership?
Rooforce Health covers everyday primary care — it is not insurance and does not replace it. Not covered: hospital stays and surgeries, emergency room and urgent care visits, ambulance transport, specialist care (cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology, and similar referrals), imaging such as MRI, CT, and X-ray, maternity and delivery care, dental, vision, and hearing services, mental health and substance-use treatment beyond routine primary-care support, physical therapy and chiropractic care, cosmetic procedures, workers' compensation and on-the-job injury claims, brand-name or specialty medications beyond our wholesale pricing, durable medical equipment, and care received outside our partner network without prior arrangement.
What happens if I need care that isn't covered?
Your Rooforce provider still helps. They coordinate referrals, order the right labs and imaging, and often negotiate cash-pay rates that are far below standard billed prices. For hospital stays and emergencies, we recommend pairing your membership with a separate major medical or catastrophic plan.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard. Your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to care until that date.
